The Mills family has close ties to the state of Maine — Kelsey is a Maine native. With Maine placed as the third highest per capita veteran population in the United States, they knew Maine was the right fit for the Retreat.

Post-9/11 veterans who have been injured in active duty or as a result of their service to our nation receive an all-inclusive, all-expenses paid, barrier-free experience in Maine where they participate in adaptive activities, bond with other veteran families and enjoy much-needed rest and relaxation in Maine’s outdoors.
The Retreat’s newest addition, The Kelly McGaughey Roseberry Health & Wellness Center, opened in Summer 2022.
